Mr. Magdy Salama

Mr. Magdy Salama, an Egyptian lawyer registered with the Egyptian Bar Association since 2007, holds a Law degree from Assiut University (2005). With over 16 years of professional experience in Egypt and Qatar, he has established a strong reputation in Corporate, Commercial, Property & Real Estate, Labour & Employment, and Litigation & Arbitration.
He has supported major companies and individual clients in corporate structuring, company establishment, drafting contracts, and high-level negotiations, offering practical and result-driven guidance. His real estate practice spans transactions, project development, and regulatory compliance, ensuring comprehensive protection of clients’ interests.
In the area of Labour & Employment, Mr. Magdy provides employers and employees with sound advice on workplace rights, contractual obligations, and disputes under Qatari Labour Law. His reputation is also marked by his strong advocacy in Litigation & Arbitration, where he has represented clients before courts, judicial committees, and arbitral forums. With cross-border expertise in both Qatari and Egyptian law, he delivers counsel that is both strategic and business-oriented.
Mr Elhadi Hamed

Mr. Elhadi Hamed is a British-qualified lawyer with significant experience advising clients in Qatar across Corporate & Commercial, Property Real Estate, Labour & Employment, and Litigation. Fluent in English and Arabic, he combines technical expertise with cultural awareness, allowing him to support both local and international clients effectively.
His experience includes drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, corporate documents, leases, and employment agreements, while also advising on real estate acquisitions and development projects in Qatar. He regularly acts in labour and employment matters, appearing before labour courts and advising on compliance with Qatari Labour Law.
With a strong foundation in litigation, Mr. Elhadi assists clients in handling complex disputes and provides solutions that align with both their business and legal objectives. His ability to deliver practical, forward-looking advice has earned him a reputation as a trusted legal counsel in Qatar’s dynamic market.
Mr. Mohamed Ali
Associate at Essa Al Sulaiti Law Firm
Mr. Mohamed Ali, a member of the Sudanese Bar Association since 2015, holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from Al Neelain University and a Diploma in Legal Translation from Bahri University. He has built strong expertise in Commercial, Property Real Estate, Labour & Employment, Criminal, and Litigation matters through his work in both Sudan and Qatar.
Earlier in his career, he advised government institutions, law firms, and private clients in Sudan on commercial contracts, high-value disputes, and legal reforms, including contributing to the drafting of the Personal Data Protection Law. Since 2022, he has been practicing in Qatar as a registered non-Qatari lawyer with the Ministry of Justice, focusing on litigation in commercial, property, and labour disputes.
Mr. Mohamed also advises employers and employees on labour law compliance, workplace rights, and employment disputes, in addition to representing clients in criminal cases where careful defense and protection of rights are essential. His dual experience across Sudanese and Qatari law allows him to provide practical and reliable legal solutions to a wide range of clients.

- Attire: Business casual, formal, or national attire is requested.
- Fees: QAR 2,500
- Form of Payment: Wire Bank transfer.
- Registration & Cancellation Policy: Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment, and participants will receive confirmation and acknowledgement. Cancellations must be submitted at least one week prior to the workshop. In such cases, the full registration fee will be credited and may be applied toward future training programs. Cancellations after this period will not be eligible for forwarding and are non-refundable.
